The TReAD Lab is currently conducting research investigating neuroimaging markers of response to ketamine.
One aim of this study is to examine how brain functioning and depressive symptoms change after a single administration of ketamine. Participants will undergo functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) scans throughout the multi-week study.

This study might be a good fit if you are:
Between the ages of 18-65
Right-handed
Willing and able to complete fMRI scans
Fulfill one of the following criteria:
Currently experiencing a depressive episode
Not diagnosed with any mood disorders
Not taking psychotropic medications
What does the study entail?
Screening visit(s)
One infusion of study drug or placebo
Multiple follow-up visits
Five MRI scans
